Please send a sharp, high-quality photo where your pet’s face and features are easy to see.

Bright, natural light helps us see your pet’s real colors and details more clearly.

3. Front or Slightly Angled Photos Work Best

For most custom portraits, photos taken from the front or a slight angle usually give the best result.

4. Make Sure Key Details Are Visible

Please choose photos where the eyes, ears, fur markings, and facial features can be clearly seen.

5. Send More Than One Photo If You Can

If you have multiple good photos, feel free to send them. This helps us understand your pet better.

6. Avoid Blurry or Dark Images

Low-quality, filtered, or heavily shadowed photos may not be suitable for production.
