    1. Send Us Your Pet Photo

    Start by sending us clear photos of your pet through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

    To help us create the best result, please choose photos that:

    • are clear and well lit;
    • show your pet’s face, colors, and details accurately;
    • match the pose or expression you want us to use, if possible.

    If you are unsure which photo is best, feel free to send more than one and we can help you choose.

    2. We Review Your Photo and Request

    Once we receive your photos, we will review the image quality and confirm whether your requested design is suitable for production.

    At this stage, we may also confirm:

    • product type;
    • number of pets;
    • size or format;
    • customization details;
    • name or message, if applicable;
    • production expectations.

    If the photo is not clear enough, we may ask you to send a better one before moving forward.

    3. Confirm Your Order Details

    After reviewing your request, we will confirm the final order details with you.

    This may include:

    • the product style you selected;
    • customization notes;
    • pricing;
    • estimated production time;
    • shipping information.

    Please review all details carefully before confirming, as changes may become limited once production begins.

    4. Place Your Order

    Once everything is confirmed, you can complete your order through our official website checkout or approved payment process.

    Please make sure that:

    • your shipping address is correct;
    • your contact details are accurate;
    • all customization details are confirmed before payment.

    Orders usually enter production after payment is successfully completed, unless otherwise agreed.

    5. We Begin Creating

    After confirmation, we start the handmade production process.

    • drawing or reference preparation;
    • needle felting, leather carving, or other handmade work;
    • detail refinement and finishing;
    • quality inspection.

    For some orders, we may contact you during the process if confirmation is needed.

    Once your custom piece is completed, we carefully package it and prepare it for shipment.

    You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

    7. Receive and Enjoy Your Custom Piece

    When your order arrives, we hope it brings you joy and helps you celebrate the pet you love.
