Simply send us your pet’s photo through our website or contact our customer service team. We will review the image, confirm the customization details with you, and guide you through the next steps before production begins.

2. What kind of photo should I send?

Please send a clear, high-quality photo that shows your pet’s face, colors, and features as accurately as possible. Bright lighting and sharp details will help us create a better result.

3. Can any photo be used?

Not always. We review each photo before production. If the image is too blurry, too dark, or does not clearly show the details needed, we may ask you to send a better photo before we proceed.

4. What products do you offer?

We currently offer custom handmade pet creations based on your photos, including felted pet portraits, leather pet portraits, and other personalized pet keepsakes.

5. Are your products handmade?

Yes. Each piece is custom made by hand based on your pet’s photo and the style you choose.

6. Will the final piece look exactly like my photo?

We always aim to capture your pet’s unique features, expression, and personality as closely as possible. However, because our products are handmade and artistic by nature, slight differences in color, texture, proportion, or detail may occur.

7. Can I request changes during the process?

Yes, depending on the stage of production. We may confirm certain details with you during the process. Once production has materially begun, large changes may not be possible or may require additional charges.

8. How long does it take to make my order?

Production time depends on the product type, order complexity, and current workload. Custom orders usually require time for photo review, design confirmation, handmade production, and quality checking before shipment.

9. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your destination, the carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination country.

11. Do you offer free shipping?

We may offer free shipping on selected products, destinations, or promotional periods. Any applicable shipping offer will be shown on the website or at checkout.

12. Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to approve a cancellation. Once custom production has begun, cancellations may be refused or only partially refunded.

14. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because most of our products are custom made and personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially incorrect, please contact us and we will review the issue.

15. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send your order number plus clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if possible. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.

16. What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update it. Once shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

17. Can I order more than one pet in one piece?

Yes, depending on the product style and design. Please contact us with your request and photos, and we will confirm what is possible.

18. Can I add a name or personal message?

Yes, for selected products we may be able to add names, dates, or short personalized details. Please check with us before ordering.
